Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineer – Associate Manager in London to lead production AI deployments within client environments. You will work with client teams to design, implement, and integrate AI solutions that meet enterprise requirements for performance, security and reliability.

The role requires 4–6 years of technical experience with client-facing or consulting work, hands-on ML/LLM expertise, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a technical role with client-facing or consulting exposure.
• Experience delivering production applications with real business impact in enterprise environments.
• Practical experience working with large language models (prompt engineering, agent development, RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, workflows, and deployment).

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-quality AI work — build and ship AI applications inside client systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Develop technical assets — create reusable, production-ready artefacts to deploy across client workflows.
• Support enterprise deployments — play a key technical role in rollouts of frontier AI capabilities within client environments.
• Accelerate adoption — work with client engineering and product teams to drive AI adoption and close skill gaps in real time.
• Identify patterns and scale — recognise repeatable deployment patterns and contribute to Accenture's delivery playbooks.
• Maintain cutting-edge expertise — stay ahead of LLM capabilities and AI product development; help define learning paths for others.
