Job summary

YTL UK Group is seeking an Engineering Architect to own and evolve technical foundations across security, performance, logging, testing and UI/UX baselines. You will enable a fast-moving, AI-first delivery team to ship high-quality, scalable solutions without reworking core foundations each cycle.

You will design end-to-end delivery stacks in Azure, drive containerisation and networking, and lead assurance conversations while staying ahead of industry trends and new tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full stack engineering in Azure with IaC.
• Design and manage secure, observable delivery pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver AI-first components at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve technical foundations: standards, frameworks, observability, and testing.
• Build and maintain shared CI/CD pipelines and release governance.
• Provide light-touch governance with automated gates.
• Ensure observability from first commit to live operations.
• Hands-on delivery as a full-stack builder within time boxes.
• Shape end-to-end delivery stack: architecture, containers, virtualization, networking.
• Represent technical position in assurance, security and EA conversations.
• Track industry trends and share learnings to improve harness and skills.
