Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is partnering with a rapidly scaling AI-native SaaS company to recruit a Director of Engineering. The platform uses AI to transform unstructured data into real-time insights, enabling a high-velocity product at scale.

You will initially lead around 20 engineers across multiple teams, with potential growth to 30–40 as the organisation expands in 2027. This remote-first role offers a London-hybrid setup and substantial equity.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
