Snyk is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our Total Rewards and People Operations team, supporting onboarding and transitions worldwide. Open to London or Boston offices, you will own core lifecycle transactions and help keep audits compliant while ensuring a welcoming pre-start experience.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a people-centric role.

Responsibilities

• Execute People Operations processes, policies, and programs globally with a focus on data integrity.
• Own core employee lifecycle transactions: offer letters, I-9/right-to-work checks, and Workday transactions.
• Support audits by pulling documentation and maintaining I-9 records.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Review records for data integrity in employee transactions.
• Triages inbound requests and maintains response times.
• Maintain the team's resource library and templates.
• Identify AI automation opportunities and promote an AI-first lens in processes.
