Job summary

Hansen Technologies is seeking an AI-First Engineering Transformation Lead in London (Hammersmith). The role sits at the center of Hansen’s shift to AI-native engineering, partnering with the CTO and engineering teams to evolve from traditional SDLC to AI-enabled workflows.

You will drive patterns for AI-assisted and AI-native development, deliver reference implementations, and coach leaders across the organization to adopt new operating models.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-first or AI-native engineering initiatives at scale.
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on credibility.
• Proven ability to drive engineering transformations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hansen's AI-First Engineering Transformation and drive adoption of AI-native workflows.
• Partner with engineering leaders to embed AI into daily practices and guardrails.
• Define scalable AI-enabled engineering models and reference implementations.
• Coach engineers and executives on transitioning from AI-assisted to AI-native development.
