Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced AI and analytics leader to drive client-facing digital transformations. You will identify high-impact opportunities, lead ML and digital tooling workstreams, and embed solutions directly into client operations.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, translate complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders, and embrace a hands-on, client-centric approach with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience taking digital ideas from concept through to operational impact.
• Deep capability in AI, data science, analytics, or digital tooling.
• Turn technical designs into practical, in-operation solutions.
• Lead teams and manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and simply.
• Hands-on, client-centric approach focused on measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working on-site with clients to drive real-time change.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI, data science, analytics, and digital tooling.
• Lead technical workstreams including design and delivery of ML solutions and digital tools.
• Work with client teams on the ground to embed solutions into operations.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams integrating people, processes, and technology for sustainable results.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and shape best-practice approaches across digital programmes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to client delivery.
