Hawk-Eye Innovations in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Lead to amplify a cross-functional squad. You will set delivery standards, architect scalable AI-first systems, and mentor senior engineers to achieve outsized results.

The role requires a full-stack/platform background and a proven ability to drive AI-enabled engineering culture while collaborating with Product Leadership to deliver measurable outcomes. Hybrid working in the UK is offered.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record leading engineering teams to success through continuous delivery and structured execution.
Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools as a standard workflow.
Ability to translate product vision into structured backlogs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Delivery: lead the squad through field trials to full commercial launch.
Shape Agentic Development Culture: organize AI delegation/augmentation models within security/IP guardrails.
Set the Bar & Hire: develop high-bar plans, lead hiring for engineering roles, recruit AI-fluent talent.
Streamline Delivery & Process: convert product vision into backlogs and roadmaps with human-in-the-loop gates.
People Leadership & Growth: line-manage senior engineers, mentor teams to higher performance.
Bridge Product & Engineering: collaborate with Product Leadership on architecture and delivery.
