Job summary

LINKTRIX CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Engineer to own test planning, design, execution, and defect management across manual and automation testing.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted QA to generate test cases, build automation, and produce documentation, while collaborating with Solution Architecture and customer teams throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of QA experience, proficiency with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar QA role.
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Strong manual testing skills with BDD and test design methodologies.
• Experience with at least one test automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Hands-on or strong aptitude using AI tools to assist with test case generation, automation scripting, or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and strategies aligned to project scope, requirements, and risk areas.
• Define test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Write clear, traceable test cases and maintain a repository mapped to requirements.
• Execute manual tests and log, prioritize, and track defects to closure.
• Build and maintain automation scripts for regression and repetitive coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain automation suites.
• Support AI-assisted QA activities including drafting test plans and documentation.
