Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Ability to assess business needs and system change impacts.
• Experience creating functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Proficient in designing process flow diagrams for business processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and Jira usage.
• Skilled at stakeholder management across business, technology, and support teams.
• Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support change management, user training, and post-implementation activities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
