Job summary

PwC is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead the design, training, and deployment of machine learning solutions. You will build cloud-native microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, integrate LangChain vector databases, and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled applications for diverse platforms, mentor junior staff, and drive innovation while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5 years of experience in AI engineering or related field.
• Masters degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CS, AI, or Robotics.
• Experience designing, training, and deploying ML models.
• Experience building cloud-native microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• CI/CD pipelines experience using GitHub Actions.
• Experience with vector databases and LangChain.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions.
• Contributions to open-source projects or AI/ML publications.
