Job summary

dentsu is seeking a pragmatic AI engineering leader to shape and build AI-enabled solutions for Media UK&I, working with cross-functional teams to turn business problems into repeatable AI delivery. You’ll lead a small, high-impact AI engineering capability and drive adoption of safe, scalable AI in media workflows.

Based in London, the role focuses on delivering value across planning, activation, reporting and operations, while embedding governance and responsible AI practices into daily work.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of generative AI, ML concepts and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience leading technical or cross-functional teams in a business environment.
• Ability to assess feasibility, data readiness, integration needs and tool suitability.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate business pain points into AI use cases.
• Lead the AI engineering function including prototyping, design, development and adoption.
• Establish engineering standards and ensure safe, responsible AI delivery.
• Collaborate with product, data, security and architecture teams to embed solutions.
