Job summary

La Fosse is supporting a leading financial services organisation in London to appoint a senior AI engineering leader who will shape production-grade AI and ML capabilities within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Product and senior business stakeholders to build platforms, standards and capabilities that accelerate AI adoption at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI, machine learning or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong background in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering or MLOps.
• Experience building scalable platforms, frameworks and deployment capabilities for AI products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating within large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment and optimisation of AI and ML solutions in production environments.
• Drive AI platform, MLOps and engineering best practices to improve scalability, reliability and governance.

This is a newly created technical leadership opportunity within a business-critical function where you'll play a key role in shaping how AI and machine learning solutions are engineered, deployed and scaled within a highly regulated environment.
