Kharon is seeking a talented AI/ML-focused engineer to own and advance content discovery in Corestream. You will redesign hybrid search using BM25 tuning, embeddings, and RAG, while building new discovery experiences such as agentic search and intelligent categorization.

You will also contribute to the narrative generation pipeline, turning graph and analytical data into accurate written intelligence for customers, and work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to shape

Formación

• 3+ years in Data Science, AI/ML engineering, or related software roles.
• Experience with information retrieval and hybrid ranking.
• Strong Python and production-grade software skills.
• Interest in global security or related domains is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and advance content discovery in Corestream.
• Redesign and improve hybrid search leveraging BM25, embeddings, and RAG.
• Explore new discovery experiences like agentic search and intelligent categorization.
