Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Владение и развитие Corestream — риск-интеллект фида.
• Переработка и улучшение семантического поиска с настройкой BM25 и векторного поиска.
• Интеграция выводов анализа риска в слой поиска для демонстрации в результатах и сетевом анализе.
• Развитие конвейера повествования, превращающего графовые данные в точные тексты отчетов.

Kharon operates at the nexus of global security, transforming complex security data into intelligence that helps clients understand and operationalize risks related to business relationships. Its products cover financial crimes, sanctions, export controls, and threat identification for global financial and multinational institutions.

Задачи:

Own and evolve Corestream, Kharon's risk intelligence feed for entity-level insights and topic-based risk narratives; Redesign and improve semantic search capabilities using BM25 tuning, semantic distance, RAG, and reranking; Integrate Kharon's risk analysis outputs into the search layer so graph-based insights surface meaningfully in search results and sub-network exploration; Drive the evolution of the narrative generation pipeline that transforms graph and analytical data into accurate written intelligence for customers; Partner with Product and Engineering to own the Corestream roadmap and advance it; Optimize the metrics defining search quality and narrative relevance.

Требования:

Have proven interest or experience in global security, financial crimes, sanctions, export controls, or related domains; Have 3+ years of experience in a Data Science or AI Engineering role; Have hands-on experience with semantic search, including BM25, vector search, reranking, and retrieval evaluation; Have experience with RAG pipelines and agentic systems in production; Be proficient in Python and SQL; Independently take ownership of tickets and drive initiatives forward in alignment with a product roadmap; Nice to have: Experience with graph-aware search or integrating knowledge graph outputs into retrieval systems.
