Solutions Through Knowledge is seeking an experienced AI Engineer/AI Developer to join on a 3‑month contract in Manchester. You will design and deliver AI-powered applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Foundry, integrating with existing systems and data sources.

Candidates should have hands-on Foundry/Azure AI Foundry experience (min 6 months), 2+ years delivering AI solutions, and strong Python or C# coding skills. Hybrid work with 3–4 days onsite per week. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial AI solutions delivery experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry experience (min 6 months).
• Proven track record building AI agents, apps or automated workflows.
• Strong Python or C# development skills; REST APIs and JSON familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop AI agents, applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Foundry.
• Build and integrate AI solutions with existing business systems, APIs and data sources.
• Develop and maintain code using Python or C#.
• Configure AI models, prompts, knowledge retrieval and agent workflows.
• Test, troubleshoot and deploy AI solutions; ensure reliability, security and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and handover to internal teams.
