Job summary

Bruntwood SciTech is seeking a software engineer to design, build and deploy AI-enabled software, including agents and RAG workflows connected to business systems. You will own use cases from design to production.

Working with Google Cloud, TypeScript and Claude/Gemini tooling, you’ll develop APIs, data pipelines and MCP servers while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Background in Software Engineering, ideally in one organisation rather than an agency.
• Experience building AI-enabled software, agents, retrieval systems and integrations.
• Experience with automated testing, code review, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI solutions: tool-using agents and RAG workflows connected to business systems.
• Own use cases from design through production and post-launch review.
• Build evaluation datasets, measure accuracy and define human review needs.
