Enfint ищет инженера AI/ML для разработки продакшн-решений в Лондоне. Вы будете строить и развивать AI-фичи, улучшать рабочие процессы агентов, память и использование инструментов. Требуется опыт работы с современными LLM, RAG и оркестрацией моделей, а также развёртывание и эксплуатация продакшн ML-систем.

Команда небольшая, есть equity-options и шанс повлиять на предзапуск продукта. Ожидается тесное взаимодействие с продуктом и инженерией.

Qualifications

• Опыт коммерческой разработки AI/ML в продакшн-среде.
• Сильные навыки Python.
• Опыт работы с современными LLM и агент-системами.
• Опыт работы с RAG, векторами БД и оркестрацией LLM.
• Опыт развёртывания и эксплуатации продакшн ML-систем.
• Умение работать на стыке моделей, инфраструктуры и продукта.

• Comfort working across models, infrastructure, and product
