Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with Python and modern AI tooling.
• Experience building and deploying production LLM applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of agentic workflows, RAG, evaluation frameworks and AI observability.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready agentic AI systems using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Design and ship end-to-end AI features, from architecture and evaluation through to production deployment.
• Develop robust RAG pipelines, tool-using agents and evaluation frameworks.
• Partner directly with customers to understand real-world challenges and build products that deliver measurable impact.
• Work closely with experienced AI engineers in a highly collaborative, product-focused environment.
