Job summary

dentsu seeks an AI Enablement Strategist to empower employees across the global enterprise to upskill in AI, adopt responsible automation, and translate emerging capabilities into practical programs.

You will partner with the Enterprise Emerging Technology team, Global Responsible AI, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive AI adoption, literacy, and measurable innovation across regions, aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience supporting AI literacy, learning, change management or technology enablement initiatives.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the engagement strategy for the global AI Connective community.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on emerging technology, AI and Automation enablement activities.
• Coordinate regional hackathons, office hours and innovation labs to encourage hands-on adoption of AI and automation.
• Deliver global campaigns and initiatives that showcase internal AI success stories.
• Monitor trends in AI and automation to inform enablement strategy and priorities.
• Align AI literacy efforts with the Responsible AI strategy and regulatory requirements.
