Achieving for Children Community Interest Company in the UK seeks an AI Enablement Coordinator to champion practical AI-powered tools and workflows, helping teams work more efficiently while maintaining safety and governance.

You will analyse workflows, lead local implementation of AI tools, and act as an approachable AI advocate, guiding colleagues on what AI can do and how to use it responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Analyse everyday service workflows to spot where AI tools can raise efficiency and quality.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deploying, optimising, and quality-assuring AI tools across areas.
• Serve as an accessible AI champion, guiding colleagues on capabilities and safe, best-practice use.
• Identify adoption barriers and work with teams to resolve practical challenges and improve usage.
• Ensure safety and compliance by documenting data flows and responsible tool usage.
• Track progress, measure adoption, and report on outcomes of active AI projects.
