Cognify Search, incorporated in London, seeks 4–5 experienced Software Engineers to embed Claude Code across engineering teams. You will work directly with developers, pair program, and coach teams to adopt AI-assisted development.

This role emphasizes backend/full‑stack collaboration, agentic coding workflows, and context management, with integration into testing, CI/CD, and code reviews. Hybrid London work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Senior/Staff/Principal software engineer with backend focus.
• Hands-on Claude Code experience in real engineering environments.
• Understanding of agentic coding workflows and context management.
• Strong Python experience; Ruby/Rails or Clojure helpful.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilités

• Embed Claude Code into daily development workflows across backend and full‑stack teams.
• Pair program and coach engineers on AI-assisted development.
• Implement CLAUDE.md files, subagents, hooks and context management.
• Help teams integrate AI into testing, CI/CD, code reviews and secure practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity and adoption.
• Work across established codebases with diverse teams.
