Job summary

Cpl is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the Northern European Hub to drive technology integration and digital product delivery across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. In an agile, AI-enabled environment you will translate business needs into user stories, manage the backlog in Jira, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across regions to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
Understanding of, or strong interest in, agile product development and IT service management principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of digital products and services across the Northern European Hub.
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira.
Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritisation.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, processes, changes, and configurations.
Support continuous improvement and innovation across the region.
