Qualifications
- Significant experience in a management consulting or advisory capacity.
- Experience delivering large-scale workplace or AI-enabled transformations.
- Strong governance, risk, data protection, and responsible AI awareness.
Responsibilities
- Offer & Go-to-Market leadership: shape and scale workplace AI propositions, lead bids, build pipelines.
- Holistic transformation delivery: manage profitable delivery of complex workstreams with change campaigns and governance.
- Senior stakeholder advisory: partner with client directors to translate tech choices into business value.
- People & practice leadership: line-manage, coach, and contribute to recruitment and strategic direction.
- Innovation & thought leadership: stay ahead of trends and convert testing into reusable client assets.
