Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Vulnerability Management Service Lead to own and govern the end-to-end vulnerability management framework within a secure, regulated environment.

You will drive remediation across internal teams and partners, with executive reporting, governance, and risk-based prioritisation. This hybrid role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery partners to protect critical systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Vulnerability Management and cyber risk governance.
• Experience with risk-based remediation programmes and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Ability to report to senior leadership and manage multi-supplier environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise vulnerability management service and governance framework.
• Drive remediation activities through internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Establish and maintain vulnerability reporting, metrics, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Prioritise vulnerabilities using risk-based methodologies (CVSS, EPSS, KEV).
• Manage exception processes, remediation timelines and security risk governance.
• Provide assurance and challenge across a multi-supplier service environment.
