• Lead development and sale of strategy-led transformation programs across business, operating model, and organizational change.
• Advise senior executives on strategy, growth, transformation, and operating models.
• Own and design target operating models across people, process, governance, technology and service dimensions.
• Drive growth through commercial propositions and client pursuits.
• Coach and guide consultants to ensure quality and client success.
