Job summary

Centrica is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver large transformation initiatives. You will define high‑quality requirements that bridge business ambition and technology execution, collaborating with stakeholders across Group Functions to turn strategies into actionable solutions.

From discovery to delivery, you’ll own end-to-end requirements, run workshops, and ensure outcomes are measurable and aligned with Centrica’s long‑term goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering across complex projects.
• Experience in Group Functions such as Finance, Procurement and HR.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker who interprets data and provides insights.
• Ability to document and manage functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Experience in analysing business processes (BPMN, EPC) and building business cases.

Responsibilities

• Shape and define demand with stakeholders to create clear business cases.
• Lead requirements end-to-end from discovery to sign-off.
• Engage and influence stakeholders, bridging business and technology.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover problems and define scalable solutions.
• Support delivery across the lifecycle with QA and UAT teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
