Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is seeking a Technical Product Manager for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business using AI to transform complex financial processes. You will own a key integrations area, working across third-party systems and collaborating with engineering to ensure reliable delivery.

The role suits someone who is hands-on with AI tools, comfortable working through ambiguity, and eager to shape how the product and team evolve toward AI-native practices, including smaller teams taking features

Qualifications

• A Technical Product Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience.
• Someone comfortable working on technically complex products, ideally with experience around integrations, APIs or similar.
• A strong understanding of how software is built and the ability to work closely with engineers on technical problems.
• Someone genuinely hands-on with AI tools and interested in the shift towards AI-native product development.
• Ideally, you've experimented with tools such as Claude or are already using AI beyond the usual productivity use cases
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, making decisions and taking ownership without needing lots of direction
• Strong enough commercially and with customers to understand the impact of technical product decisions on the wider business

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering to shape how features are built.
• Help shape how the product team evolves towards AI-native ways of working.
• Experiment with smaller cross-functional teams taking features from idea to production.
