Burns Sheehan Limited partners with a rapidly scaling AI product company in London to hire a Senior Product Engineer. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with Engineering, Product and Design to shape AI-powered experiences that drive real customer value.

The role requires hands-on leadership across frontend and backend, with strong experience in modern frameworks and customer-facing products. Hybrid work with 1 day per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Built and shipped customer-facing products across frontend and backend.
• Takes ownership beyond a defined ticket.
• Focuses on user and business outcomes alongside technical solutions.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.

Responsibilities

• Own features from initial idea through production.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to create intuitive user experiences.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions across frontend, backend, APIs and data.
• Build and ship customer-facing features that directly impact users.
• Improve engineering standards and ways of working as the team grows.
• Use AI-native development practices to increase delivery speed without compromising quality.
