Job summary

Taxation is an AI-native tax advisory firm reshaping how large and listed businesses modernise their tax functions. You will lead the design and delivery of technology-enabled tax solutions, embedding automation and AI to meet regulatory complexity and digital reporting requirements.

In this Manager/Senior Manager role you will work directly with senior leaders and clients, guiding process reimagination, data governance and platform selection to drive efficient, compliant tax operations across

Qualifications

CTA, ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (or equivalent experience in tax technology transformation).
Strong understanding of UK corporate tax compliance and reporting processes.
Experience delivering tax technology or finance transformation projects.
Practical knowledge of ERP systems and tax reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead tax technology transformation engagements from diagnostic to implementation.
Advise on modernising tax operating models and governance.
Design and implement automation across compliance, reporting and data management.
Support data governance and architecture as foundations for automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams across tax, finance and IT.
Coach and develop junior team members.
Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
