NiCE is seeking a Lead Software Architect to lead architectural direction for our AI-native delivery platform. You will own design decisions, oversee AI-led implementation, and ensure secure, scalable cloud-based systems.

Collaboration with product management and cross-functional teams is essential as we evolve our evidence platform with AI tooling. The role emphasizes practical AI usage, strong C# development, and mentoring teammates on modern architecture practices.

Qualifications

Experience developing in C# with clear architecture.
Proven ability to translate market requirements into scalable designs.
Experience with multi-tenant cloud solutions and security.
Familiarity with AI tooling in daily work (Copilot, Claude Code, Codex).
Experience using source control and DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and design AI-led implementations in cloud environments.
Lead technical decisions with a collaborative team approach.
Ensure security, scalability, compatibility, and maintainability in architecture.
Test, fix defects, and support customer issues.
Mentor team members on architecture practices and AI-led delivery.
