Job summary

AIP seeks an SEO & GEO Manager to lead organic and AI search strategies across a portfolio of client accounts. You will align technical, content and authority-building initiatives, working with Content, PR, Social and Digital Media to embed SEO and GEO into the overall strategy from the outset.

You will guide the team in leveraging AI for research, audits and reporting, and partner with the Executive Director of Search on growth opportunities and proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of planning and executing SEO/GEO campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy and authority building.
• Comfortable using AI for research, audits and reporting.
• Experience building AI-driven workflows for a team.
• Understanding of how organic and paid media work together.
• Familiar with industry tools like GA, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Confident presenting strategic recommendations backed by data.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams including Content, PR, Social and Digital Media.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent time management across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and run SEO & GEO strategies across technical, content, authority-building and generative search.
• Act as primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts and manage expectations.
• Read client goals against the wider AIP offer and align organic with paid plans.
• Spot shifts in search signals and translate into client-facing views.
• Collaborate with Content, PR, Social and Digital Media to integrate SEO into campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis and reporting using AI-assisted methods.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to speed up and standardize processes.
• Identify account growth opportunities and support new business pitches.
