Klaviyo in London is seeking experienced Customer Success Professionals (CSMs) to join our hybrid London office who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help customers maximize value from the Klaviyo platform and work across EMEA to ensure success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success or account management, with a background in CRM, campaign management, data or analytics, and a willingness to explore

Qualifications

5+ years of customer success or account management with a track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Background in campaign management, CRM, digital marketing, data, or analytics.
Experience with AI tools and workflows in a professional setting.
Familiarity with Marketing Automation technologies.

Responsibilities

Transform workflows by integrating AI-driven processes where appropriate.
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Klaviyo’s enterprise customers in EMEA.
Drive Net Revenue Retention by mitigating churn and identifying expansion opportunities.
Develop customized success plans aligned with customer goals and challenges.
