Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in the United Kingdom seeks an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer with deep Angular/TypeScript expertise and an AI-forward mindset. You will join a Cortex Frontend Engineering team delivering customer-facing Email Security interfaces, shaping high-quality, scalable user experiences in a fast-moving environment.

Work closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver impactful features that protect customers from evolving email threats.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Expert-level Angular development — Must.
Experience building large-scale web apps with data-heavy UIs.
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
Experience applying AI-powered tools across planning, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring.
Solid command of RxJS and reactive programming principles.
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
Experience with data visualization or UI animation — Advantage.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts — Advantage.

Responsibilities

Frontend Development & Architecture: Design and develop high-performance, scalable user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
AI-First Development Evangelism: Build, refine, and champion AI-powered development practices.
Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of critical frontend features, drive development to craft industry-leading interfaces.
