Job summary

IFS is building an AI-first planning and simulation product and seeks a Lead/Principal Engineer (Frontend) with current, hands-on Angular experience at a senior/lead level for a global enterprise SaaS environment.

You will own frontend architecture, deliver scalable UI, and mentor teams while collaborating with backend Go services and other cross-functional partners to shape the platform and drive impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Angular experience in a professional hands-on engineering setting.
• Experience leading frontend engineering teams.
• Enterprise SaaS background with data-heavy applications.
• Ability to work across the stack and contribute to backend services in Go when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build the frontend for a new planning and simulation product with a focus on frontend architecture and delivery.
• Design AI-first UI patterns and proactive suggestions rather than click-driven interactions.
• Collaborate with backend, UX, and product as requirements evolve.
• Handle large, data-heavy views (scheduling, capacity, simulation output) with performance in mind.
• Deliver end-to-end features from UI through APIs to data and deployment; contribute to backend services in Go.
