Benivo is hiring a Product Builder to own a product domain end-to-end, from problem discovery to production-ready features, leveraging AI tools like Claude Code. You’ll work closely with engineers to prototype and ship improvements that unlock value for global mobility clients.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, CS, Support, and external partners to translate real customer needs into scalable solutions, while maintaining clarity and alignment across teams.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Builder, or similar in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools to build features and automations.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data flows, authentication, webhooks, and system behavior.
• Some SQL and data skills to investigate problems and measure impact.
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable.

Responsabilidades

• Own a product domain: vision, roadmap, priorities and outcomes.
• Engage with users, clients, teams, and data to find high-value problems.
• Use Claude Code or similar AI tools to prototype and iterate features.
• Translate business problems into UI, API, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ship production-ready SaaS features.
• Shape API integrations, data flows, authentication, webhooks, and edge cases.
• Use data and judgment to decide what to build, automate, or deprioritize.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Support, Implementation, and external partners to scale solutions.
• Communicate decisions clearly and keep teams aligned.
