Job summary

NousNous is seeking a proactive product generalist to own a surface end-to-end, from problem to shipped feature, working closely with engineers. You’ll design and ship improvements to our AI agents and Open Banking/subscription flows, using tools like Claude Code and Cursor.

You’re not a software engineer but read code, write a bit of SQL, and make decisions with real user data. This is an office-first role near Farringdon with a strong ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Founder or generalist who owns end-to-end problems.
• Experience with AI tooling and real-world data (Open Banking, financial).
• Startup experience with wearing several hats.

Responsibilities

• Take a product problem from rough to shipped using AI tooling as main environment.
• Ship on the safe surfaces: prompts, agent behaviour, configuration, workflows, data pipelines, internal tools.
• Own the outcome; ensure features work for members.
