Job summary

Persistent is seeking a Product Manager in London to own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. The role is a permanent, hybrid position with 2 days in the office, requiring 8 to 15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or platform products.

You will lead backlog refinement, drive discovery workshops, translate business goals into initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant track record in owning product vision and roadmaps.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and requirement sessions.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into executable product initiatives.
• Experience creating and maintaining quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Proficient in backlog management and Jira.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or digital platforms.
• Understanding of AI use cases and GenAI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog in Jira.
• Create Epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Balance business value and technical dependencies when prioritising.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure sprint success.
• Define UAT scenarios and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate into product features.
• Drive platform integrations and API requirements.
