Job summary

Vixio is shifting to small, high-ownership product pods, pairing a Product Engineer with a Product Owner to co-own a product area from data model to production Release. You will shape requirements, translate user needs into reliable features, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals in a fast-growth, AI-enabled RegTech environment.

The role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, code quality, and collaboration with senior leadership, with structured mentoring and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Product Engineer role with end-to-end ownership in a product pod.
• Ability to translate regulatory domain needs into buildable specs.
• Experience in AI-assisted development and code review for security/accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner to shape requirements and specs.
• Own product area delivery end-to-end within your pod.
• Ship high-quality software with a focus on security and performance.
• Review AI-generated code for accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate across pods and platforms on cross-cutting initiatives.
