Job summary

Vixio in the UK is seeking a Product Engineer to join our AI-native, pod-based delivery team. You’ll pair with a Product Owner to translate complex regulatory needs into buildable features, own end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with peers to ship high-quality software.

You’ll balance speed with quality, review AI-generated code for accuracy, and contribute to evolving our RegTech platform. The role offers a hybrid work model and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Product mindset and ability to drive end-to-end outcomes
• Experience with AI-assisted development and code review for security
• Nice-to-have: LLM integrations and regulated-domain experience

Responsibilities

• Shape requirements with Product Owner and translate needs into specs
• Co-own product area delivery end-to-end within your pod
• Review AI-generated code for quality, security and correctness
• Deliver high-quality software with a focus on performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with engineers and business teams across pods/platforms
