Janus Henderson Group is seeking a senior quantitative engineer to partner with PMs and researchers to develop production-ready signals, CMAs, and rebalancing rules for multi-asset portfolios.

You will extend the research platform, own the data layer, and build AI-backed tooling, with emphasis on reliability, testing, and observability.

Qualifications

• Built industrial-scale quantitative/models based on PM specs.
• Deployed models to production and monitored performance.
• Familiar with testing and deployment in SDLC.
• Heavy users of modern AI tools for prototyping and coding.
• Wrote extensive documentation for model implementations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with PMs and researchers to take ideas from notebook to production: signals, CMAs, optimization, rules, and attribution.
• Build and extend the research platform: data ingestion, back testing, scenario analysis, portfolio construction, monitoring, reporting.
• Own the multi-asset data layer with quality control that PMs trust.
• Mentor teammates on AI-augmented engineering practice.
