Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Product Manager Associate Manager CL8 to join its Digital Services practice in London, Manchester or Bristol. The role defines product strategy, owns the roadmap, and collaborates across design, engineering, data, and change teams to deliver high-quality digital products and services.

You will drive AI-enabled delivery, ensure regulatory alignment, and balance business needs with user value in a large, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product leadership within regulated businesses or critical national infrastructure.
• Delivery of digital products in Agile environments across large programmes and multi-supplier setups.
• Consulting experience delivering technically complex transformation programmes.
• Experience in Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Utilities.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and requirements translation.
• Skilled in translating business and user needs into product requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile and scaled Agile delivery.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar consumer-focused or government role with relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap; engage with business, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Own backlog; balance value, user needs, risk, cost, policy, and technical considerations for prioritisation.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive improvements.
• Track benefits realisation and ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design, data, and change specialists.
• Lead AI-enabled product management adoption to drive innovation and value.
