Job summary

Zencargo is hiring a Product Manager to own a meaningful area of the platform and drive AI-powered improvements across international supply chains. You will shape discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and adoption with senior leadership and a dedicated design and engineering squad.

You will work on freight, automation, and visibility tools, influencing product strategy and how software is developed, with significant autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping impactful software products or features.
• Strong user research, data analysis, process mapping, and facilitation skills.
• Recent hands-on experience using modern AI tools to improve product discovery, research, analysis, prototyping, specification, or delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, priorities, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for your product area, balancing customer value, operational impact, commercial priorities, and technical complexity.
• Lead discovery and prioritisation for complex problems using user research, data, market insight, and commercial context.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers throughout discovery, solution design and delivery.
• Map and redesign processes to identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI to reduce friction.
• Define success measures before development and use data and feedback to assess outcomes.
