Job summary

PathwaysX is building an AI-native product platform with a focus on merchant and operations dashboards. You will own end-to-end delivery, work in a small squad, and help decide product direction based on data and user feedback.

The role involves building full-stack features with TypeScript/React, integrating AI capabilities, conducting user interviews, and running experiments to inform decisions. Hybrid work includes two days per week in Shoreditch, with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Has shipped an LLM-powered feature to production users.
• Can describe a failure mode of that feature and how the UX handles it.
• Has run user interviews and changed a design because of them.
• Has shipped full-stack features end to end with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features in TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.
• Integrate LLM capabilities with streaming UX and structured outputs.
• Run user interviews and turn findings into specs.
• Instrument features and run experiments to decide what to keep.
• Maintain offline evaluation suites for AI features in CI.
