Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding its procurement team to drive AI-native commercial operations across a global footprint. You will optimize vendor spend, improve terms, and implement simple, scalable procurement workflows from intake to renewals.

The role partners with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering and business owners to scale quickly and reduce vendor sprawl. The ideal candidate has strong SaaS and cloud procurement experience, sharp commercial judgment, and comfort with AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations experience in tech/SaaS/AI.
• Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, cloud commitments, and tooling.
• AI-native working style; uses AI tools to improve sourcing, analysis, and reporting.
• Able to build procurement workflows across intake, approvals, contracts, POs, onboarding, renewals.
• Able to collaborate across US and European time zones with Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering.
• Bonus: experience with AI infrastructure, cloud spend, developer tooling.
• Bonus: experience with NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad, Ramp.
• Bonus: experience supporting audit-readiness, SOX/IPO-readiness.
