Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking a Manager for Process Excellence and Agentic Change to lead AI-enabled process transformation across supply chain, procurement and operations. You will blend process mining, data analysis and change management to reimagine workflows with autonomous AI agents.

You will guide workstreams, manage cross-functional teams, and engage clients to deliver measurable outcomes while advancing capabilities in agentic AI frameworks and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience with process mining, data analysis and operational redesign.
• Ability to translate supply-chain problems into AI-enabled decisions and workflows.
• Experience leading workstreams or projects in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process diagnostics using process mining, data analysis and operational assessment.
• Design agentic AI solutions including orchestration frameworks and agent workflows.
• Lead consulting workstreams with scope, quality, timelines and client outcomes.
• Define redesigned target processes, roles and governance reflecting AI-enabled operations.
• Work with platforms like Celonis, SAP, Kinaxis, o9 and LangChain to deploy AI solutions.
• Engage with Decision Intelligence platforms like Aera Technology or Palantir.
• Drive change management including stakeholder engagement and capability building.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to client development activities.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to AI asset development.
