Job summary

Accenture in London seeks a Manager to lead Process Excellence and Agentic Change across supply chain, procurement and operations. You will blend process diagnostics, intelligent automation and agentic AI to reshape processes in an AI-first world.

You will oversee end-to-end workstreams, engage clients, and mentor teams while working with Celonis, SAP, Kinaxis and emerging AI frameworks to deliver practical, deployed solutions. London-based with onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong process thinking and data analytical skills.
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Minit or UiPath Process Mining.
• Ability to translate supply-chain problems into AI-enabled decisions.
• Practical exposure to AI, automation or agentic technologies.
• Working knowledge of supply chain, procurement or operations processes.
• Experience leading workstreams or projects in complex environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Cross-industry exposure is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process diagnostics using data analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Design agentic AI solutions including orchestration frameworks and agent workflows.
• Manage consulting workstreams with scope, quality, and timelines.
• Define redesigned target processes and governance structures.
• Translate AI potential into deployed solutions with platform experience.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement for adoption.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to client development.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to AI assets.
