Job summary

MSCI Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Sustainability & Climate (S&C) within the Private Assets Product team.

You will help deliver AI-enabled platform solutions for institutional investors and managers, spanning discovery to live product delivery in a fast-paced, AI-first environment. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate client needs, data capabilities, and market insights into shipped products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sustainability & Climate product management preferred.
• Strong analytical and business-case skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, discovery and execution of S&C products in private markets with AI grounding.
• Drive S&C solutions for private markets focusing on data management or analytical segments.
• Support business-case creation via market due diligence and opportunity sizing.
• Design pricing models and assist sales campaign planning.
