Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Portfolio Automation Analyst to join Personal Investing PMO. You will automate PMO reporting and governance, building KPI-driven packs and dashboards from Jira/Confluence, and manage artefacts in SharePoint at scale.

You will cover for the PMO Manager in senior governance forums and drive continuous improvements across tools and templates. The role combines structured operating discipline with hands-on automation, AI-enabled workflows, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

4-6 years in PMO/portfolio operations or similar roles in complex organisations.
Hands-on coding ability with Python for automation of reporting/analytics.
Strong experience with Jira and Confluence data hygiene and workflows.
Advanced SharePoint skills for governance and registers.
Strong analytical skills with precise metrics and data handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive narratives and meetings.
Bias for action and continuous improvement in processes.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automated portfolio reporting from Jira/Confluence across teams.
Define and maintain a KPI dictionary and automate KPI computations.
Produce executive-ready weekly portfolio packs highlighting risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Embed the Product Delivery Lifecycle and implement evidence tracking for auditable initiatives.
Design and operate SharePoint sites/lists to manage governance meetings and artefacts.
Support and represent the PMO Manager in senior governance forums; prepare agendas and pre-reads.
Identify and implement continuous improvements in tools, templates and workflows.
Apply AI/automation methods to streamline PMO workflows with validation controls.
