Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a permanent Industry Placement & Careers Administrator to join the team at our Slough & Langley College campus.

This term-time only role works 37 hours per week for 38 weeks per year, with a salary ranging from £21,737.99 (G17) up to £23,274.31 (G19) per annum, with full-time equivalent £25,483 to £27,284 for G scale. DBS and other safeguarding checks apply.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and proactive approach to placement and careers administration.
• Experience with digital systems and record keeping.
• Comfortable using AI assistants and automated workflows.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service to students and employers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Industry Placement and Careers team with administration.
• Manage enquiries and placement arrangements for students and employers.
• Provide responsive first line support to users.
• Utilise AI assistants and automated workflows to improve processes.
