Qualifications

• Strong data curiosity with awareness of AI governance and responsible use of AI outputs.
• Academic background in a numerate/analytical discipline is highly valued.
• Commitment to learning Power BI, Excel, and related analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support build and maintenance of the People reporting suite and outputs.
• Create clear visual data aids and MI reports for the People function.
• Respond to routine People data queries and escalate complex requests as needed.
• Assist with drafting REP and DDQ content using AI-assisted tools.
